As Equalize Health’s Director of Development & Partnerships, Stephanie is responsible for building successful partnerships that will create high impact in the global health sector. She works closely with the CEO, leadership team, and Senior Manager of Development & Partnerships to set the strategic direction of development and communications at Equalize Health. She has more than a decade of experience working within impact-driven organizations, primarily with a focus on partnership building and external relations. Stephanie has lived and worked across North and Central America, Africa, and Europe.
Before Equalize Health, she was leading development efforts for the International Rescue Committee in California. She has also led global philanthropic collaboratives during her time as CEO of One World Children’s Fund and the Director of Development at Epic Foundation. To date, she has helped raise more than $100 million for social impact initiatives that have reached more than 5 million people.
Stephanie has a life-long love of learning and holds three Masters from the University of Edinburgh (Philosophy, International Politics, and Psychology). Originally from Scotland, she now calls the Bay Area in California home. When not working, you will find her at the beach with her children and West Highland Terrier, hiking, traveling, or reading up on ethics or the philosophy of wellbeing.
